This is a very rare TO81 stamped silver tiger stripe US-XL size, deadstock shirt. The shirt can be said to be in very clean mint condition with the camouflage print still shiny. The pattern is similar to the Silver Tiger from the early 1960s, but differs in size. It is estimated that this piece is probably the last Tiger Stripe in existence from 1970, and the last Tiger Stripe made of relatively thick cotton fabric. It is identical to the pattern also known as TDD by collectors. At the time, camouflage uniforms were beginning to be unified under the ERDL, and although the Late War Tiger was also issued, the ERDL was actually becoming the overwhelming majority. The Tiger Stripe pattern is known to be rarely seen in existing Vietnam War photographs, and is assumed to have remained unused, although many were in fact produced. Among them, the lot with TO81 stamp is very rare, and it is also the largest size US-XL, and not only the stamp but also the Japanese size tag that was circulated at that time is sewn on and remains beautifully. This is a very rare mint condition Tiger Stripe. Although it is an unused item, it will be treated as a used item, so it cannot be returned. Please understand.
