This is a 1967 Australian Army OD shirt. It is a dead stock item.

The Australian Army participated in the Vietnam War as a member of the western camp. Some units wore tiger stripes or the ERDL camouflage of the U.S. Army, but this shirt is the official Australian combat uniform of the time. It is a very rare combat uniform. It is a shirt type, so it can be worn in a wide range of ways. Another good point is that it is not a US military uniform.
