This is a 1966-1967 tour jacket. The location is SAI-GON, the capital of the Republic of Vietnam at that time. This is a Vietnam jacket, also known as a Vietnam jumper in Japan. The design is a common one, and I think this jacket was sold in souvenir stores at that time. It is probably unused, but the quality of the zipper used seems to have been poor and the slider does not work. The buttons on the right sleeve are missing.
