This is a work combat uniform made of HBT fabric used by the US Marine Corps and US Navy in the 1940s. It is commonly known as the P-41. As you can see from the buttons and the stencil, this jacket was used by the U.S. Marine Corps and is a used item.
The overall color is faded and the stencil is almost gone. The two pockets on the underside have been removed. On the arms are handwritten rank insignia that may have been written on the battlefield at the time. In a culture unique to the Marine Corps, the soldier's name is also handwritten. This was also confirmed during the Vietnam War. The overall condition is "used" with some stains and tears. It is in wearable condition, but not perfect. It is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
